Who operates this text-messaging program

Nuristani Group, a licensed California real estate brokerage, operates its client text-messaging program on the Relotiva platform. Nuristani Group is the business responsible for the messages you receive; Relotiva is the software it uses to send and manage them.

About this service

Relotiva is real-estate CRM software used by licensed agents and brokerages, including Nuristani Group, to manage their own client relationships. These terms cover use of the software and, separately, the text-messaging program an agent may operate through it.

Text messaging program

Who sends and who receives. Messages are sent by an individual licensed real-estate agent, identified by name and brokerage in every message, to clients and prospective clients who have provided their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text.

What is sent. Replies to property inquiries, showing and appointment confirmations and reminders, status updates on a transaction the recipient is party to, market or neighborhood reports the recipient requested, and occasional notices about new listings matching criteria the recipient asked about.

How to opt in. By providing a mobile number on an agent's lead-capture form, where consent language appears next to the phone field, or by asking the agent directly to follow up by text. Providing a mobile number is optional, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the agent directly using the details in any message.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your relationship with the agent; it is typically no more than a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information sharing. Mobile information and messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services strictly on our behalf — such as the carrier that delivers a message — is permitted; those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

Supported carriers. Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.

Acceptable use

Agents using Relotiva are responsible for complying with applicable law in their own outreach, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and Fair Housing requirements. Relotiva enforces unsubscribe status, do-not-contact flags, and texting consent on every send, and automatically appends a physical postal address and unsubscribe link to marketing email. These safeguards do not replace the agent's own legal obligations.

No warranty on AI-generated content

Relotiva includes AI-assisted features that draft messages and summarize an agent's own data. Output may contain errors and must be reviewed by the agent before it is sent or relied upon. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
