Who operates this text-messaging program

Nuristani Group, a licensed California real estate brokerage, operates its client text-messaging program on the Relotiva platform. Nuristani Group is the business responsible for the messages you receive; Relotiva is the software it uses to send and manage them.

Who this is for

Relotiva is real-estate CRM software used by licensed agents and brokerages, including Nuristani Group. This policy covers two groups: the agents who use Relotiva, and the contacts (leads, buyers, sellers) an agent stores in it.

What we collect

From agents: your account email, name, and — if you connect Google — a token that lets Relotiva send email through your Gmail, read your Google Contacts, create/edit calendar events, and open or save the specific Google Drive files you choose, on your behalf, stored encrypted. Each of these is a separate permission you grant only when you turn it on (on the Connectors page), not automatically at sign-in. From contacts: whatever the agent enters or imports — name, contact info, notes, activity history, and any property reports generated for them.

Google Calendar

If an agent connects Google Calendar, Relotiva creates one event per dated step on that agent's own transaction checklist (offer accepted → inspection → close), and keeps it updated or removes it as the checklist changes. These events are created only on that agent's own primary calendar — Relotiva does not read, modify, or share any other event on their calendar, and does not create or share anything with the agent's clients through this connection.

Google Drive

If an agent connects Google Drive, Relotiva requests the per-file permission only (drive.file). That means it can see and change only files it created itself or that the agent explicitly picked for it — it cannot list, search, browse, or read anything else in that Drive. No feature currently writes to or reads from Drive; the connection exists so the permission is granted deliberately rather than bundled into something else later.

Connecting an AI assistant (Claude)

An agent may connect Relotiva to an outside AI assistant, currently Claude (Anthropic), from the Connectors page. This is off by default and takes a deliberate sign-in and an explicit "Allow" on a Relotiva screen that lists what access is being granted; nothing about it happens automatically.

While it is connected, the contact data the agent asks about is sent to that assistant's provider. If the agent asks Claude "who are my hottest leads", the matching contacts' names, contact details, pipeline stage, budget and recent activity are sent to Anthropic to answer the question. Only the agent's own records are ever reachable this way — the connection carries that one agent's identity, and the database enforces it. The assistant can add a contact, a note, a calendar event or a Gmail draft if the agent leaves that permission ticked; it can never send an email or a text message, and can never edit or delete anything that already exists.

The agent can end the connection at any time from Relotiva (Connectors → Connected AI assistants → Disconnect), which takes effect immediately. We never use this data to train models, and we send it only to providers whose terms prohibit them from training on it.

How it's used

Solely to operate the CRM for the agent who owns the data: pipeline tracking, email/SMS outreach the agent sends, AI-assisted search over the agent's own contacts, and shareable property reports. We do not sell data, and we do not use contact data to train AI models.

When a contact replies

If a contact replies to an email their agent sent through Relotiva, the reply is recorded on that contact's timeline so the agent can see they responded. We store a short excerpt only: quoted history is removed and the remaining text is truncated to the first 200 characters. The full message stays in the agent's own mailbox — Relotiva never keeps a copy of it.

That stored excerpt is sent to our AI provider to draft a reply the agent may choose to send, and sometimes to suggest that the deal has moved to a new stage. Nothing is sent to the contact and nothing is changed automatically — every suggestion waits for the agent to approve it, and the agent can reject either one on its own. Only the stored 200-character excerpt is ever sent, never the full message. We never use it to train models, and we send it only to AI providers whose terms prohibit them from training on it.

Text messaging (SMS)

Mobile information and messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through Relotiva are used only to send messages from the agent the contact gave their number to. This information is not sold, rented, or shared for any third party's marketing. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services strictly on our behalf — such as the messaging carrier that delivers a text — is permitted; those providers may not use the information for their own marketing, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing.

How consent is obtained. A contact opts in by providing their mobile number on an agent's lead-capture form, where consent language appears next to the phone field, or by directly asking their agent to follow up by text — which the agent records in Relotiva with a timestamp. Providing a mobile number is optional and consent is never a condition of any purchase or service.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately; the contact is marked do-not-contact and receives no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Your rights (CCPA and beyond)

A contact stored in Relotiva can ask their agent for a copy of their data or to have it deleted. Agents can export a full data bundle for any contact (Contacts → open the contact → Export their data) and can permanently delete a contact and everything tied to them (Contacts → open the contact → Delete contact) — this removes their activity history, email log, and reports, and cannot be undone.
